THE MANDATE
▶ Manage the entire recruitment process for administrative employees, from defining needs with managers to integrating new talent
▶ Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the development of the employer brand
▶ Participate in the development of human resources programs for the entire organization
▶ Develop relationships with managers to advise them on contemporary HR practices
▶ Create and maintain a positive corporate culture by organizing events, workshops and initiatives that promote well-being and team cohesion
▶ Develop and maintain performance statistics for recruitment processes and the department
▶ Actively participate in defining and promoting corporate values and culture

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
▶ Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a college degree combined with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
▶ Has a good sense of analysis, priorities and urgency
▶ Is autonomous
▶ Is bilingual (French-English), intermediate level
▶ Particularly enjoys working as part of a team
